Email therapy

Take your time. Write in your own words, at your own pace.

Not everyone finds it easy to talk in real time. Email therapy gives you space to think, feel and respond when you’re ready, with no camera, no eye contact and no pressure to answer straight away.

Is this for you?

Email therapy might be a good fit if you:

  • find traditional talk therapy challenging or overwhelming

  • need more time to process before you can put things into words

  • feel anxious about being seen or having to respond on the spot

  • are autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent and find writing more natural

  • simply feel more like yourself when you write

Writing can create room for deeper processing. For many people, it makes it easier to explore difficult emotions and experiences.

How it works

  1. We start with a contract. It sets out how our work together will run, so everything is clear from the beginning.

  2. We agree when your sessions happen. You choose a rhythm that works for you, and we set the dates together

  3. You write, I reply within 48 hours. Each session has a word limit that we agree together, so the work stays manageable for both of us.

  4. Everything is in the contract. Session timing, word limits and response times are all written down, so there are no surprises.

    Languages: English or Spanish

    Privacy and confidentiality

Confidentiality matters, especially in writing. All email therapy is done through end-to-end encrypted email, so only you and I can read what we send each other.

    Fee

€85 per session, the same as my in-person and online sessions.I give your email the same time and care as a live session. For each one, I set aside 50 minutes to read what you’ve written, reflect on it and write you a thoughtful, personal reply.
