This one-time, deep-dive consultation is designed to give you the clarity and information you need. It is a focused, information-rich session designed to help you make informed decisions about your neurodivergence.

In this 50-minute session, you will:

✔ Explore your traits in a safe, supportive space. The therapist will share common traits observed among individuals and may highlight lesser-known traits that could be relevant to you.
✔ Understand the diagnostic process—what it involves and what to expect.
✔ Weigh up the pros and cons of seeking a formal diagnosis.
✔ Learn about available supports—whether you pursue a diagnosis or not.

This session is conducted by a Health Psychologist and price is 100€ for 50 mins.

  Autism assessments are provided under my registration as a Chartered General Health Psychologist (Psicóloga General Sanitaria) in Spain. They are formally recognised within the Spanish healthcare framework.

  If you are based in Ireland or another European country, please note that recognition of an assessment completed by a psychologist registered in Spain may vary depending on local regulations and the specific service, employer, or institution requesting documentation.
