Coming Home to Yourself: Making sense of Autism diagnosis and Identity Support Group
A 4-Week Online Support Group for Late-Diagnosed and Newly Identifying Autistic Adults
This 4-week online support group is for adults navigating a late autism diagnosis/self-diagnosis, or making sense of an earlier realization that's only now starting to feel real. It's also open to those who identify as AuDHD (autistic + ADHD).
Maybe you're still in the disorienting middle of "wait, does this explain my whole life?" Maybe you knew for years but never had space to actually process what it means. Maybe you're not diagnosed at all, just quietly certain this is you, and looking for a place to explore that without having to justify it.
Whatever brought you here, the exhaustion of masking, the grief for years spent misunderstanding yourself, the relief of finally having language for it… you're not imagining it, and you're not alone.
This is a neuroaffirming, structured space led by psychotherapists with lived experience as late-diagnosed/identified autistic adults, and experience supporting queer and intersectional communities.
Dates: Thursday 29th October, Thursday 5th November, Thursday 12th November, Thursday 19th November. From 7pm to 8.30pm.
Duration: 1h 30min per session
Price: €45 per session
Online and Neuroaffirming | Camera off and both typing/verbal communication welcome!

A note on commitment:
For the safety and continuity of the group, this isn't a drop-in style space. The four sessions build on each other, and the group works best when everyone can commit to attending all of them.
If a specific date happens to clash with something and you can't make it, that's okay, we'll send you the slides from that session so you can stay caught up with the rest of the group.
