Exploring Autism/ADHD: a 4-session program
Wondering if you might be autistic or have ADHD, but stuck on a waiting list or unable to afford a private assessment? This program helps you make sense of your experience, whatever comes next.
How it works
4 sessions, 50 minutes each, one-to-one with me, online.
Small things to notice or try between sessions, so the work happens in your real life, at your own pace.
A written plan at the end that you keep (details below).
What we explore together
Your story and masking: what made you wonder, the moments in your life that fit, and how much effort you put into fitting in and what it costs you.
Your senses: understand your unique sensory processing preferences, sensitivities, and challenges. Noise, light, smell, touch, crowds and more: what overloads you, what you seek out, and what helps you feel calm and focused.
Your energy and executive function: what drains you, what recharges you, and how you plan, get started, finish tasks and keep routines going.
Communication and relationships: what's easier, what's exhausting, your boundaries, and how to ask for what you need.
