Rebecca Kilroy (She/Her)

My work centres on authenticity, collaboration, and respect for neurodiversity, identity, and lived experience — with no expectation to mask or explain who you are.

I am an accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists and hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy in Integrative Modalities. I also hold a Diploma in Adolescent Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity.

In addition, I have a BSc in Psychiatric Nursing and have been a registered psychiatric nurse since 2012. I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sexual Health and Wellbeing.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to support each client’s individual needs, with particular emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My aim is always to offer therapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience.
