Jackson Armstrong(He/him)
I am a person-centered student psychotherapist. My approach is based around maintaining a therapeutic space , where you feel unconditionally cared for, respect and accepted. I am dedicated to creating a warm and affirming space where you can be your authentic self. As a neurodivergent person and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, my practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and neuro-affirmative, deeply respecting and celebrating diverse identities, neurotypes, and lived experiences. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering journey—one where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
I aim to support clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and challenges in a way that honors their unique strengths and needs. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, mental health, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you with kindness, respect, and empathy.
No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here. Together, we can create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow in your own way.
Jackson offers in person sessions on Sundays from 10.00am to 5.00pm in 95 Baggot Street Lower and online sessions on Fridays from 4:30pm to 8:00pm.
Trainee’s therapists fees are 25 euros per session. This fee structure ensures that we can cover operational costs while providing accessible mental health care.
