Evan Foley (He/Him)
Hello, I’m Evan. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a huge step, and it’s one that often takes a lot of courage. Whether you’re carrying something heavy, feeling a bit stuck, or seeking help, I aim to navigate this with you. I work with adults online.
I am a gay, autistic, pre-accredited therapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My style is gentle, down-to-earth, and deeply respectful of who you are. I work to provide a neuroaffirmative and LGBTQIA+ affirming space. I hold a BA in Psychology, an MSc Psychological Science and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This background has taught me that the most important element of therapy is the relationship we build together. I draw on person-centred and humanistic principles, which is a gentle way of saying that I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, at your own pace. There is no “one-size-fits-all” here, each person is unique in their experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet, inclusive space to reflect, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honoured to be part of that journey.
