Claire Brown (She/They)

My name is Claire, I am a Queer, AuDHD Trauma Informed Psychotherapist working with individuals, and adolescents aged 15 and up. My clinical practice is rooted in neurodivergent & LGBQIA+ affirming principles. As a late diagnosed AuDHD Psychotherapist, my practice is not only rooted in clinical experience, but also lived experience. My lived experience is woven into everything I do — it shapes how I show up, how I listen, and how I understand the particular exhaustion that comes from spending years not quite knowing why the world felt so much harder than it seemed to for everyone else. Primarily, the clients I work with, are diverse in their gender, sexuality and relationships (GSRD).

I work with people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, though something that comes up consistently in my practice is the work of rebuilding identity — whether that's following a late neurodivergent diagnosis and a lifetime of intense masking, processing complex or developmental trauma, or often, a layering of both.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor therapy to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework. In particular, I work with acceptance based, emotionally focused, and somatic informed modalities.

If you're looking for therapy that meets you where you are, I'd love to hear from you.

Claire works exclusively online from
10-7, Monday to Friday.

Claire’s fees are 70€ per session.
