Catalina O’Brien (They/them)

I am Catalina O’Brien, a queer and autistic soft skills trainer and career coach who supports LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people to live and work in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching as well as a BA in Psychology and I bring both academic knowledge and lived experience into my coaching process.

My approach is holistic, intersectional and grounded in co-active coaching principles. I see you as the expert in your own life (even when you think you are not!). My role is not to diagnose, label or direct you, but to meet you where you are and work alongside you with curiosity, care and an exploratory mindset. Together, we build on your strengths, deepen self-awareness and support you in taking meaningful steps towards the life you want.

Coaching with me is a collaborative process focused on growth, clarity and action. It is not trauma therapy, advice-giving or cliche solutions - instead, it creates space to reconnect with yourself, challenge limiting beliefs you might hold about yourself or the world and define success on your own terms. My work centers authenticity, connection and supporting you to step more fully into your potential, in your personal and professional life.
