Hi, I'm Silvia.
Psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer and speaker on neurodiversity, gender and sexuality.
I don't believe in training that just ticks a box. I believe in sessions people remember, that change how they listen, how they work and how they treat each other long after the room empties.
I'm a multiply neurodivergent psychologist and psychotherapit and queer, and I speak from two places at once: years of clinical practice, and my own lived experience of late diagnosis, masking and finding my true identity.
Why I do this
I realised I was queer and neurodivergent late in life. Finding out who I was came with relief, but also with a long, painful search for support from people who actually understood. I know what it feels like to look for help and not find it, or to find it and still not be understood. I do this work because I don't want anyone else to go through that alone. Everything I teach and speak about is what I needed and couldn't find.
What I speak about
Neurodiversity is where I started, but my work sits at the intersection of identities, because no one lives in just one:
Neurodiversity-affirming practice: autism, ADHD, AuDHD, masking, burnout, late diagnosis
LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming practice: gender, sexuality and neurodivergence, GSRD-affirming therapy
Intersectionality: how neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, culture, migration and trauma shape each other [adjust to your experience]
Neurodivergent couples and relationships
Inclusive workplaces, schools and universities: moving from "awareness" to real change
Why bring me in
I bring clinical depth and lived experience. You get evidence, tools and real stories, not recycled slides.
I don't do tick-box diversity. I challenge, I invite reflection and I keep the room safe while doing it.
I adapt to your audience, whether that's therapists, students, school staff or a corporate team.
My sessions are accessible by design, in how I teach and in what I give you afterwards.
