We understand that burnout is a result of living in environments and systems that are not designed for autistic people.
An online 4-week support group for autistic individuals experiencing burnout.
Goal: Connect with others who truly understand your experience and acquire practical tools for recovery.
Let go of the pressure to meet neurotypical standards or set unrealistic expectations for yourself.
Fight against internalized ableism and learn to celebrate your differences.
Discover burnout triggers and understand which aspects of your life contribute to your burnout.
Make lifestyle changes to support your recovery and prevent future burnout episodes.
What to Expect
Structured, informative slides to help you understand key topics related to burnout.
Practical exercises to explore burnout.
Opportunities for participation at your own pace, whether you want to share your thoughts or simply absorb the information in a safe, supportive space. If you prefer, you can keep your camera off, and non-speaking communication is fully supported and respected.
Open to every autistic person (diagnosed or self-identified).
A safe space free of racism, misogyny, transphobia, ableism, and other forms of discrimination.
This course is led by Silvia, an autistic Health Psychologist and trainee Psychotherapist.

Platform: Online via zoom. Get reminders each week.
Duration: 1 hour and 15 mins per session (slight variations based on group needs).
Participants: Limited to 10 spots to make it as neuroaffirming as possible.
