Lisa Ryan (She/Her)

I am a student therapist in ICHAS, earning my Masters in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy. Person-Centred therapy means that you are the expert, and it is my view that my role is to provide you with a supportive space in which to do the work which you need to do, away from any judgement and in an empathetic space where I am my true self with you.

I’m a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and have lived with chronic illness for over a decade. I also have personal experience of parenting a neurodivergent child, and this experience has coloured my work. I have extensive experience with how both chronic illness/disability and mental health struggles can impact all facets of your life, and how it can impact the relationships with those around us, whether close friends and family, work dynamics and dealing with those in the medical space.

I want to provide a comfortable space for you to discuss what is on your mind, and to provide empathy and collaboration to provide the support you need."

Lisa works fully online. Sessions are available one evening per week. Either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, from 5pm to 10pm. Get in touch to find out which evening is currently available.

Trainee’s therapists fees are 25 euros per session. This fee structure ensures that we can cover operational costs while providing accessible mental health care.
