Women with flowers in head. Therapy process.

How can we help?

I hope you find what you are looking for here and that we can support you, wherever you are on your journey.

You might be dealing with problems like anxiety, stress or depression.

You might be experiencing major life changes like divorce, moving, illness, injury, job loss or death of a loved one.

You might have a specific goal or issue to work on, like getting a new job, improving communications skills, relationships, learning how to regulate your emotions or how to say no. Or you might not know specifically what you want to improve.

Whatever is your situation, welcome.

There is still a lot of stigma around going to therapy, and the misbelief that people come to therapy because they have a mental illness or something is “wrong with them”.  While some individuals might be most inclined to start therapy when they are in crisis or during a stressful event, many individuals come to therapy looking for a safe space to explore life challenges that we all experience at some point, learn new strategies and to start living a happier, more fulfilling life.

We all have unique triggers and life experiences. You don’t need to have a mental illness or a “big” reason to come to therapy, it is OK to start therapy just because you want to take care of your mental health or get to know yourself better.

We will both determine the goals of therapy and work on short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and issues explored together.
